  Began search for replacement fence in July. Ultimately decided on Superior Fence & Rail. Install completed today. Ian and Evans performed the installation. You could not ask for more polite and professional guys. They definitely took pride in their craft. The finished product looks awesome. I am super thrilled about the design of the ActiveYard product. Eric S. has been excellent to work with!!

  If you are looking for a reliable and honest company to do your fence then look no further, this company is the best. We recently had our fence done by Evan, DJ, and Jose and the team leader Josh explained every step of the process in full detail. These guys were very respectful, hardworking, and you could tell they take pride in their work. They showed up on time on Tuesday (7/14) and were done on time on Thursday (7/16) and made sure everything met our expectations before they left. When we initially were looking into having this company do our fence I was already nervous and stressed since I was in my 3rd trimester and waiting for our daughter to arrive any day. I am so glad that we hired this company, they kept things simple and stress free and as new (sleep deprived) parents of a five week old that was a huge bonus for us. Thank you again for our amazing fence, we absolutely love it!!

  Jeff came to do the estimate and was a pleasure to deal with, he took care of all the permits and when they came, Josh the crew lead took the time to explain what needed to be done and through the whole process with Jose and Justin, they did a fantastic job, amazing how they went the extra mile to ensure the work was to our satisfaction. The work they did was spectacular, clean and professional all the way.

  Superior Fence & Rail did much more than simply put up my new fence. They showed true interest in making sure that this project was carried out 100% to the letter. First establishing the correct property lines, and all the way through installation, to the fabrication and installation of the front gate and panels. They were in touch and in contact during the entire project, start to finish. We could use more companies like this in the marketplace.

  My experience from beginning to end has been well; "SUPERIOR". Jeff made an appointment with us to write the estimate and arrived at our home 10-minutes early. Rare in today's world. The price was reasonable and the quality was above the norm. An installation date and time was set once the materials arrived and the crew showed up right on time. Again rare. As for Josh, Antonio, Jose & Evan; I can't put into words my appreciation and amazement at their work ethic and attention to detail. They removed the old fence, cleaned our yard and hauled every scrap of debris away. Our new fence is the envy of the neighborhood and I will not hesitate to call Superior Fence & Rail should I have any further fencing requirements.

  First time caller interested in having fence install at one of my properties. Receptionist Stephanie was rude and didn’t seemed interested to help. Decided to go with another company before I even got a quote.

  Very friendly and prompt to respond. Palm Beach County takes forever in the permitting process but Superior Fence was on their game and made sure to schedule the install as soon as the paperwork was received. The guys that completed the install were friendly and informative. Great Job!!

  Use them at your own peril. The company is absolutely horrible at customer service pertaining to warranty issues. I've called them SIX times in the span of 2 months and each time I am told "I'll get this to the correct person and we will put your work order on the list". I was even told that there is no set schedule for warranties just a "we'll call you when we get to your job". I don't know of a company doesn't give you a scheduled date repair work instead of a nebulous "it'll happen when it happens" reply. Last person I talked to was Tom who was very assuring and promised that I was on the list (this time). Wrong. Tom hasn't called me back and hasn't returned my follow-up call again. Good luck to anyone wants to gamble with using their services. UPDATE 11/14/17 - Repair crew came by yesterday and fix the warranty problem. The positive news is the repair was done well. Ricky, the repairman, was very professional and called to announce his visit. He also called when the job was competed and also texted a video of the repair. Both excellent procedures. The negative still stands in that they took months to come out and no follow-up on repair schedule. I wished the company was more Up-front with the repair schedule from the beginning and overall more professional like Ricky.

  If i could give a NEGATIVE RATING to this company i would!! The absolute worst customer service that i have ever had to deal with in my life. Sub-contractors do the work and not only did a terrible job installing the fence but in return damaged my neighbors property during the process along with my own. If i had a nickle for everytime i was told i would be called back for an issue i was having with the initial install, the $5,200 i spent on the fence would have been paid for in full. There was 3ft of my sprinkler line that was broke during the installation which was not covered by the company. Somehow this became my problem. Not only did i have to clean up their mess after the install was done, but i had to clean up and repair my neighbors yard that was created by the contractors. Nothing like having 136 linear square feet of brand new white panels that were left covered in mud and dirt from top to bottom. This is not a professional company. Once they have your money they DO NOT CARE!! Save yourself a major headache and SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I wish i could upload photos to this post to give everyone a visual of what was done to me. There is nothing SUPERIOR about them.

  We enjoyed our experience with Superior fence. The 2 man crew, Josh Harper and Shawn Richards, that came to install our fence were friendly, polite, knowledgable and professional. They came when we scheduled and put up our beautiful fence in 1 day! And it looks BEAUTIFUL!
