  I purchased a heart charm for my daughters necklace a couple days ago turns out she did not like the heart and wanted a cross charm instead. I went back in to see if I could exchange it, they would not honor it. said they do not do returns or exchanges. Horrible business! It was the first and last time I will make a purchase with them.

  We explained that we have no refunds or exchanges, and there are signs to that effect all over the store, as we have been burned many times. I am sorry your daughter did not like it, but please buy only what you really want.

  I was in a tough time, needed to sell my grand parents Jewelry, first went to Queen of Pawn, waited for 30 minutes before we were seen, then they tried to rip us off. Then we went to Value Pawn, they told me all the jewelry was scrap gold, and they could only give me scrap value, told me they would not pay for the diamonds because they get them for free. Finally, my husband said to try Crown Pawn, where his friend had sold his necklace. The guy there (Lee) was very personable, easy to talk to, offered the most money out of all three Pawn stores, he also paid us extra for my grandmother diamond ring. He said he could pay more because he was going to resell the ring. Overall, Lee paid us $180 more than both the other pawn stores. I would definetly recommend going to Crown Pawn first, thank you very much for treating us with respect.

  It was our first time dealing with a pawn shop. We called and spoke with Kevin on Saturday about coming in to drop off some items. He was extremely friendly over the phone. That is what made us choose this Crown Pawn in Lake Worth. We met Kevin and he was just like our phone conversation, funny and friendly. As he appraised our items, ,he gaves us a very detailed education on the process of the evaluation. It was fun. We had very low expectations of what our items were worth, but walked away very happy. Thank you Kevin and Crown Pawn!

  Absolutely must visit!!! The pricing was beyond fair and the customer service was on point. We were also allowed to test out our item before we left, which was in perfect condition. Can’t ask for a better place to get any item that’s needed.

  The best pawn I’ve been to in palm beach and I have been to hundred in my 11 years here. Excellent service and excellent firearms. Very friendly and helpful. I shop there ONLY for all my firearms

We try hard to make you and anyone else that walks into our front door part of our family and show them nothing but total respect and understanding in what might not always be a happy visit....Having to pawn your items isn't always a pleasant feeling, but most leave relaxed that there items are safe and relaxed after finding out were not like the big chain typical pawn shops, and usually leave smiling, even laughing when there done after we make them feel at home and invite them into our family.   I believe it was Robert, horrible customer service he was very rude,condescending, and seemed upset to answer my questions. I did not appreciate the way he acted towards me I realized that it was only the people who had darker skin that he was being rude towards. But I guess he can do whatever he wants and get away with it. Needless to say I won't ever spend a dime there . I hope people start to realize that who he really is.
