  They do not honor their warranty. Assume that whatever warranty the salesman is selling is false. Once the fence is up and they have your money, they will not fix or replace anything that happens later. Fence was sold as hurricane proof, but it was not even strong wind proof. several panels were down and a post was bent. I fixed it myself with parts from home depot after calling the company and being told that they no longer sell that fence and do not repair acts of God. They were the highest quote also, I payed extra for a hurricane proof fence.

  The Superior Fence team is highly professional and truly care about their customers. The office staff was timely and knowledgable with all my questions about the residential fence I needed. The survey team arrived on time and provided a complete description of the entire installation process from permits, to HOA, to install prep. The installation team had over 14 years of experience and worked with a high degree attention to detail. Our new residential fence is perfect!

  First off communication was extremely poor me and my fiance purchased a home pur sales rep billy assured je would work around our closing gave a general date once I found out that closing was delayed I contacted Billy immediately gave him a fair 2 month notice indicating the closing date it was suppose to be installed October 24th it wasn't installed until December 6th there response was simply because you pushed out the date we used your material for someone else I contacted Billy asking about date knowing info I already knew he said there is a delay on recieving material so I clarified you never had the material his response was no... so I informed the office told me it was given to someone else..... no response from him.... finally I got very irritated and called the office they said a manager would call me which never happened I finally got the fence installed. Imstaller were amazing very quick and detailed. I have 4 dogs and had no fence for my four dogs from October 25th too December 6th wouldn't have been as frustrating if I wasn't lied to and and promised a date. Very poor communication again because I called October 23rd to confirm my appointment for 24th thats when all above occurred. So if you want a fence don't go with them unless you are a mute and or deaf because they won't call you back unless it is to collect the final payment very quickly to ask for that....

  If you want strait honest answers about your fence job then call Ken (owner). He answered all our questions and concerns respectfully. If only we could nominate him for the Order of Merit! Cheers

  We recently had our entire back yard re-fenced using Superior Fence & Rail. The service was excellent. The initial site visit and price quote was thorough and professional. The installation team, originally planning on a two day work schedule, was delayed by rain and worked steadily on the second day to complete the project as planned. The fence looks great! We are very pleased

  The company did a really amazing job i will be recommending them for future jobs as well as referring. JUAN ARMAS thank you for being a professional this man knows his craft please search for him this guy knows what he his doing , he came prepared and took his time to make sure the job was done right and that my wife and myself were happy with the job.

  Superior Fence & Rail installed both stockade fencing and ActiveYards products at my home. Billy, the install manager, was very knowledgeable about the products and procedures. He was absolutely professional and always very courteous in every communication, from his initial presentation to the final walk-through. He stayed actively involved during the entire process and was available to answer any questions. Billy assured me I would be pleased with the workmanship on this project and I certainly am. The installation crew was well qualified to do both kinds of fencing and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was exceptional. Great job! Thanks to all involved.

  I recently got my fence installed by Superior Fence and they were great their office staff Emma and Shena were amazing. Guy Kerr was great as well he walked me through the process answered all of my questions. The guys (Carlos and his team) who came to install the fence did a great job, very responsible, punctual and cleaned my yard afterwards. The fence came out great I’ve already recommended Superior Fence to 3 of my neighbors.

  Bopping at first, person with who had appointment to measure the yard never show up, I call office and Emma told me they will call me back, pass 4pm office close. Left me waiting all afternoon. But one this was figure out and installer came to put up my fence he was super professional, friendly and he did an Amazing job. Only for him I will give 5 starts. Office customer service and scheduling need to get an upgrade.
