David Sheppard1Had a appointment at 12pm on a Saturday which was made over the phone.. Was seen at 12:20pm to transfer my business account to this bank.. Frank said I don't have time, we close at 1pm.. Very disappointing.. completely wasted my time.. I have a Established Real Estate Company and Property management company since 2012.. Thank Frank for not getting my business

Maribel Martinez1Go with any other bank. Midflorida customer service is terrible. I have been with this credit union for almost 10 years and they treat me like dirt. If you are considering opening up an account with them please save yourself a headache and DON’T. All they care about is getting money from you and not helping you. I'll be finding a new bank.

Blake Mabry1The people in the Drive-Thru don't have good customer service and are pretty inconsiderate. It seems like every time I go up there it's something. Whether it's having no knowledge of their own account types and charging me fees that I shouldn't be charged or ignoring me and serving other customers. Not sure how much longer I'll have an account with these people..

Geoff Fox5If you live in Central Florida and you are not banking with MidFlorida Federal Credit Union, you're getting ripped off. My employer banks with the country's largest bank and I cringe every time I have to go there. Even with obscene profits they've closed their drive-thru and never have more than three tellers. MidFlorida has the best service, the best hours, and the best rates.

Abby Murphy1Winter Haven Mid-Florida is the worst service! The wait times in the drive-thru is ridiculously long! I have been sitting in the drive thru for more than 45 mins!!
