  I had a great experience at Cincinnati Auto Credit! Before I went there, I checked out their inventory online (the Gilbert Ave location) and found the exact van I was looking for! I called and spoke to a very kind salesman named Don. Don Robinson. I asked for him when I went there the following day. He was even friendlier in person, and made the experience not only very comfortable, but actually fun! I felt he was very sincere and honest, and I was comfortable I was in good hands. I test drove another vehicle I saw had just arrived, but ended up getting the van I originally went there for. I had a little trouble getting a candy bar out of the vending machine, and a very nice young man came right out and helped me get it out. I went ahead and paid for the purchase for the lady behind me, and that same man stopped in the office we were sitting in and handed me back the money for her candy. He said that was very nice of us, and we didn't have to do that. He had a big smile. I was surprised to find out later that He was the owner himself! He joked with my wife and I, was very polite- he just seemed like a regular guy! A gentleman named Dale helped with my actual singing of the contract. Don and his boss worked out a very good deal for us, and we were quite pleased! I would recommend checking this place out to anyone! The inventory was actually pretty impressive, not so much in size (they did have a good number of cars), but all of the cars seemed to be newer and in good shape! It was classier than I expected, and I'm glad I chose to go there. And Mr Robinson is definitely in the right job! He made the day extra enjoyable!

  Misleading information on their website, you can not get any car without a down payment like they advertise on their website, friendly service, cars are decent but wont tell you the price until you "qualify", process is long and uncomfortable. And somehow my friend got approved for 7 cars and i was approved for 2 when i make more money, have less bills, better credit and we both put the same amount for a down payment, made no sense at all. All in all i would absolutely not recommend them to anyone, i went to the one on Gilbert, maybe the Fairfield one is better but i highly doubt it. I took my business to Drivetime!

  We're sorry to hear about your experience. We don't advertise anywhere "$0 Down" and try to approve everyone who applies for credit. Credit isn't guaranteed and certainly depends on the applicant. We're glad you were able to be approved elsewhere and if you need our services in the future remember to bring a valid driver's license and recent proof of income and residence to make the process as smooth and quick as possible.

  My husband and I have two experiences the lot in Fairfield was useless. The guy was a total ass. And then we decided to go to the main location. Don was wonderful. He put us in the car we wanted with no problem! We will go back when we decide to get another vehicle. They are great!!!

  I can honestly say they have amazing customer service and they really are reliable. Most people expect them to be place like these main stream lots but no actually can have any credit and still leave with a reliable car. I would recommend them to my friends and family

  Bryana and Mike looked out big time. I had previous repos and a low down payment but they found me a way into an SUV. No smoke and mirrors. I almost couldnt believe it took less than 2 hrs to drive off the lot. Bryana "courted" me for six months....glad i stuck with her advertising👌

  I bought a 2011 Chevy Silverado Ls and they are refusing to fix the exhaust like he said he would. This guy just straight up lied to me.I will be getting in touch with a lawyer.

  I had endured a bad ordeal that happened with my previous car that left me and my little child on foot. But thanks to Amanda (a wonderful saleswoman) and the rest of the staff there- we came to the car lot walking but left pulling out in a car . Cincinnati Auto Credit on Gilbert Avenue made an impossible situation "possible! " Thank you

  I was going to purchase a card from here today, but now I’m hesitant after seeing the owners replies to their unhappy customers. I can’t believe that a business owner would speak to any customer like that. Sounds like an angry child, Which is really disappointing; because like I’d said. I’d planned on stopping by today. Dear Owner, Take some classes about business etiquette... And maybe even an anger management class.. It’s embarrassing.
