  Morgan just did my Loan for my home in Hyde Park. She was always accessible at any time and had all the answers. She made sure I understood every part of the Loan process which was great being a first time buyer. I wanted to close on my house early because it was vacant and my lease was ending, she worked countless hours to ensure we closed as soon as possible. We ended up closing in less than 15 days.   My husband and I just closed on our first home this past fall, and there's absolutely no way we could have done it without Morgan and her team. She was so incredibly helpful, kind and responsive.   Morgan was referred to me by another loan officer I trusted from the past. It turned out to be a GREAT referral! Morgan is kind, caring and considerate and wonderful to work with because of not only these qualities, but also her total willingness to “be there” and show up when I had questions or needed her help or advice with something. I know what it is to NOT have this kind of support from a previous refinance I did with another lender, left in the dark for weeks, no responses to my questions via email and very difficult to get through to someone by phone. Basically I was just left to wonder what was happening and hope for the best. Not with Morgan! As I said above, she was there for me to help and answer questions each step of the way. Now I have refinanced with Cross County Mortgage and I got a lower interest rate without being charged so much for getting the loan that it put me back to square one with my mortgage.
