  I head that when an employee gives a two week notice, you immediately fire them, cut them off from their insurance and don't pay them out for their two weeks. Fair treatment of employees is a must in the current atmosphere of today's business society. Business can no longer afford to abuse employees when they are trying to treat you fairly.

  Excellent service, always friendly! I was just looking to refinance a loan and was given a great rate. Nicole D made the process super quick and easy! Very pleased and highly recommend banking/loaning through them!

  Everyone in the office seemed genuinely friendly and concerned about my experience there. I opened a new account and it was very quick. The products and services offered fit exactly what I am looking for.

  Local office is good, but main office in Lima wouldn't back me up on a Fraudulent charge, also the wouldn't approve me for remote deposit via smartphone. No adequate explanations where given.

  Had been a member of Great Lakes for almost 7 years before they got bought by Superior this year. Had been very disappointed in Great Lakes' services the past couple years and had thought about closing my accounts multiple times and opened other accounts elsewhere. Since Superior has taken over though, the customer service has greatly improved. I still have accounts at the "big banks" but Superior is a big improvement over Great Lakes!

  I needed someone to notorize a power of attorney document. The notary was close by and he met me at a nursing home to get this taken care of. Very helpful and professional!

  Terrible time getting ahold of anyone in mortgage department, then they charge me to get a preapproval which by the way is free at most credit unions,weeks go by and they need more info or my info isnt sufficient....finally kim i think her name was gets ahold of me and still dosent have a direction for me to head so i tell them im no longer intrested went to my actual credit union,no hassle. avoid these people at all costs if you ever want to get a mortgage.

  Honie made the merger much easier. She is the best. The Sylvania branch is less than a mile from my house. The people there are great.

  Quick and easy appointment to set up a bank account and have my taxes done! Would recommend to anyone!!

  They will give you loan when you need it, but watch out guys some times they do not post the payment accordingly. Keep eyes on each your payment!
