  Ron and his team made our experience so easy. As first time homebuyers, we were nervous and had a LOT of questions. We were previously working with a mortgage lender who really did not appear to have much interest in helping us. Upon coming to Benchmark, we were so relieved. Ron answered our questions in a very timely manner, made sure we had all proper documentation, and clearly explained everything. We are SO happy we chose Ron and the Benchmark team. Because of them, we closed on our first house!

  Ron was great to work with and always available to answer any questions that came up throughout the process. His interest rates were competitive and he was able to get them as low as possible for the market. His team was expedient in obtaining and completing all the paperwork and inspections, which allowed us flexibility on our closing date. Would recommend Ron Erdmanns team anytime.

Benchmark's Ron Erdman was extremely helpful in directing me and assisting me in gather the required support documents, it was an easy and painless process. Additionally, the closing process was extremely simple and effortless on our part. Much to our surprise, Benchmark provides updates on the value of our property, this is a very helpful and valuable document.
