  My boyfriend and I have had a horrible experience with this company, their Sylvania locations phone number doesn’t even work. We’ve sent in all our information to apply for a mortgage loan over 2 weeks ago, got a call back from Marty and said it would take a few days to get approved. We have called his personal number several times and left messages and still no reply. In my eyes it is very unprofessional to not have a working office phone. And to not get back to your customers in a timely matter. We will be switching to a different company.

  Cheryl Carrol and her team made refinancing so easy. Was able to lower my rate over 1% and save us money on monthly mortgage payment. I can now add those savings each month to the principle and pay my house off much faster. No need to look any further then Fairway Mortgage and Cheryl for your mortgage needs.
