  Had the car for 30 days. It’s been broke down half of those. I call to have them tow it and they blew me off and never returned my calls. When I finally reached someone she told me my attitude was bad and hung up on me. Called back really upset and the manager told me “Welcome to the real world” about paying for a car that isn’t running. It’s the same part that keeps breaking because instead of fixing it, they rigged it together. I understand having car repairs but would rather walk than ever have to deal with these clowns and their POS cars EVER again. Good luck to anyone who wastes their time here

  I wish I could give 0 stars. First off, the service was terrible. The seller (Ashley) had an attitude, was impatient, and had no knowledge of any of the cars. And kept saying how she "gets off at 3" and it was 20 minutes past. I have over 3 years of customer service experience and one thing you don't do is rush the costumer. Dealerships are supposed to have car facts: cost, past history, miles, ect. They CHOSE a car for us and caught an attitude when we wanted to view other cars. They wanted a $400 car note for a 2007 for a Ford Edge that had high miles and holes in the bumper and was dirty, which cost over $9000. (Mind you: we came for a car , not a truck) I recommend going somewhere else who actually know their facts and have a lower car note. They just want to make a quick sale and do not consider the consumer's opinions or options at all. P.S I don't ever write reviews . This plane was that horrible.

  Got a loan for a car here when I was 19. I was totally taken advantage of. Paid 15,000 dollars after interest for a 10 year old car. That’s including the new engine I had to put in it after it broke down during my second year of having it. This place is a great way to learn how not to acquire a vehicle. Thanks for nothing Supior

  Have been a customer for about three years, had really bad credit when I first came in.. was able to tradeup and was very pleased!! they have always been fair about helping me out and were true to there word about if I paid my car down low I could get a new car and a better paymen!!! thks guys will definaley send people ur way!!!!!!!!

  They sold me a car with a cracked head... Now I see why they could not fix my thermostat. I wish i could put pics on here i would show the full prove. Had my car 4 months and it's had the same problem and I keep bringing it back to them every 2-3 weeks and they claim they fix it but they don't they make my appt. a week out then I'm stuck with out my car they have my car more than I do and I still make my high car payments to have a messed up car. If I could go back I would NEVER go here. A friend of mine I referee got a truck around the same time and the trans is going out... do not go here

  Would not recommend they will sell you a vehicle that looks good then 45 min down the road it’s leaking oil and battery acid. Then try and hold the title even though you paid cash. Once they get your money they don’t care about you anymore. Sales staff is all nice until there is a problem then terribly rude.
