  Really great people to work with. Courteous and accomodating. They follow thru. Only one “bad” experience ever and it was early in the pandemic while they were still working things out. Manager addressed the matter and provided a resolution that met my satisfaction.

  Horrible experience. No sense of urgency. Days without contact.. These are hurting times and out of 5 people only 1 cared and of course she was a person that couldn't help me with the refinancing. I started the process in July they ran my credit multiple times and still didn't get it resolved and then I had to tell them in November that I am goin somewhere else. Very disappointing and a waste of time. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!

  The staff is very nice and very quick. I like their plans - there's no bells and whistles, but no minimums or monthly charges. It's a no-nonsense dumb bank account. Don't overdraft, and you're fine. If you're capable of keeping track of finances, it's great.

  The staff are great...the thing is if you can't bank until Saturday, your funds don't show till Monday after midnight...you know the money is there but when you make a big purchase it declines..the funds should be available when they are in the acct. You should be able to access when you need to

  Use to love them ! But when you’re the victim in a financial situation they treat you as a suspect. You have no support or help from them and they’re racists

  They incompetently entered a wrong number when posting a check on our account causing a financial nightmare for our family.
