  Put a dispute in with them. After three calls and two separate people telling me it would go through I asked I be emailed any communications. Three weeks later I call to follow up only to find a decision was reached and I was kept in the dark about it. I was denied with no notice despite what they previously told me. I'll be closing my account immediately and I recommend avoiding relying on this bank. Not how things should be done.

  This bank is great! Every time I walk in they are always very friendly and greet me politely no matter how busy they are. I have set up 3 accounts with them and have been using them since I was a high schooler. They explain everything clearly so people who are dumb like me can understand how setting up an account works. I love how the one near me also has candies for kids (and adults), and dog treats for the dogs in the drive thru. Once I knew they were dog lovers I was set!

  Open until 7 pm! Kind service with a smile. They know you and want to do well by you. Wait times can be long in the drive-thru closer to 7 pm.

  Caresa went out of her way to help me with a issue I had with my association stating I didn't make payment. She helped so much! I appreciate it too! Love this bank!

  I have lived in Dekalb my entire life and had a castle bank account for about 18 years and I'm fairly satisfied but THIS LOCATION IS TERRIBLE. About 99% of the time I go to the location on Lincoln highway because it's closer to my house and never have a problem. The handful of times I've gone to this location it is a nightmare. Since they don't recognize me I'm treated as if I'm just a random vagrant who wandered in off the street. Then even after finding out I have an account and money they are still annoyed and unhelpful. I've dealt with a different woman every time I've been here and they all patronized me like it was part of their training. I also couldn't help but wonder if there was a racial component to my repeated bad experiences here but it's hard to tell
