  Sunset equity helped me out with my fix and flip they were quick which i very well needed. They were very professional and closed my loan in less then 10 days. They are a direct lender i actually signed my loan docs in there office and was able to get an amazing rate with a low LTV. I am an experienced investor and have been using private or hard money for years and I was pretty impressed with Sunset i will use them again the future Ben and his team are A+ thanks to everyone who helped me and called me back and forth it was all worth it!

  While I'm envious of those who had such positive experiences, mine has been the exact opposite. After funding my loan, they have been non-responsive in funding the future draws. After three emails that were never returned asking for advice, I finally sent in the paper work in the form I assumed they wanted. Then no word. No return phone calls. Multiple times, "we will call you back within an hour" and no return phone calls. I'm paying high fees and interest on the loan, and they have slowed my project to a crawl. Very, very frustrating and very very disappointing. I've had to lay off workers twice now They are great on the sales side and hurtful to contractors on the delivery side.
