  Could not get a $20 bill broken after paying the fees to use the ATM without having an account? Come on Sunmark that's just being plain greedy. I even said I will open an account next time I come in if the teller could make an exception. The answer was no. I will take my business elsewhere. You lost an account over a rule that makes no sense.

  This review is not so much about the particular branch, but Sunmark overall. Never in all my years have I ever had to deal with such dishonest people as a customer in any of my banking OR business dealings . I will be taking my business elsewhere, as it has become clear to me that Sunmark does not want my business nor do they care about me as a customer.

  It was time to make some changes, I made a decision to leave my current Credit Union (move accounts) and open a checking account at Sunmark Credit Union (I was already established with a Savings acct) in addition to that I also refinanced my Auto loan with Sunmark. Joseph Marro was the Member Relationship Advisor that worked with me. We began this process near the end of day on Wednesday 7/21/21 and all was completed on Thursday 7/22/21! Everything was done via email and over the phone which prevented me from having to make an hour drive into Schenectady. Joe was absolutely wonderful to work with! Very professional, prompt, friendly and courteous! I am very pleased to have had such a great experience working with Joe. He treated me like a valued client and gave much respect & care! Joe should be commended for his outstanding professionalism!

  I have been with Sunmark for over 20 years personal and business, they are always a pleasure to work with. Recently during the pandemic Sunmark deferred mortgage payment for the first 3 months of the pandemic. Sunmark was there to help my business to get the PPP program to help my business survive and keep my employees working. Just recently they stepped up again and got us the 2nd round of PPP funds. I would honestly have say that Sunmark saved my business through these hard times for my restaurant / pub. Deeply thankful and appreciative to Sunmark. Sunmark will always have my business. Highly recommend
