  I didn't know what to expect from Liberty Tax so I'm happy to say that all went well, very well in fact. Joann was warm, personable and friendly but also knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend her. I'll definitely be back next year.

  My son inlaw had a horrible experience there he had a appointment he got out of work early cause he had a 5:30 appointment. He gets there on time the guy said can you come back in a half hour he was working with a lady. He gets back at 6 the guy was finishing up with the lady then she switches seats with another girl for her to do her taxes. Here it is 6:35 they close at 7 they are sitting there and this guy didn't even say anything to him worst experience ever smh definitely will not go there again.

  Worst experience do not go to this place they are ver unprofessional I filled my taxes with them last year still haven’t heard anything from anyone I called multiple times and everytime the next person acts like they never heard of me or my problem just all bad.. the lady on phone has rudest attitude I ever experienced it’s crazy all in all this is small place for reason they just tryna make they money don’t care about your return at all

  I have been going to liberty tax for year's and Joann my tax preparer is one of the best I'm am truly grateful and I will recommend going to liberty to have your taxes done

  inaccurately entered my tax information and refused to correct the companies written guarantee, followed by being audited by the IRS and charged penalties and fines for the work she did.

  If you want to work with a place that never picks up there phone, causes you to get audited by the state for misspelling your children’s names, enters info wrong, and charges insane fees totaling $400+ then go to this tax place. If you want a place that actually looks over everything before submitting and actually takes time to follow up on your tax return go to H&R Block or if you want no fees at all, have the time, and a computer just do TurboTax online.
