  11/1/17. I'm writing my review as this branch location moved and although it is a nice looking modern branch there is no parking lot, only street parking, no safety deposit any longer and they seemed to have downsized on staff and wait times have gone up. The staff they do have are excellent but this was not a good move for customers, this move was all about saving the bank money.

  What separates this institution from every other I've ever used is the care for their member's security and I've never felt that level before now. Hopefully everywhere I find myself, I'll find a Citizens.

  Awful bank. I'm sitting here for the third time trying to fix an overdraft that they said was fixed the first time I came in with the problem. I had plenty of money in another account, but they hadn't linked them up properly, so instead they charged me overdraft fees. They said they fixed it on TWO in-person visits, and now I have to be here a third time. In a previous case at this bank, I deposited $6,000, and they screwed up and deposited $600,000, and froze my account for 5 days while they fixed their problem.

  The card reader to enter the ATM vestibule after hours has been screwed up for months and now just doesn't work anymore
