  NO ATM HERE! I personally use sunmark everyday and love the people behind the buisness. The reason for 1 star at this location is because the sunmark app stated this branch has an ATM. I needed cash and was running late. Stopped here because the Sunmark app shows an ATM. Found out this location only has a night drop box and wasted my time. Had to use another bank on the way.

  i came in early Tuesday morning in a panic after receiving a call from their fraud department regarding strange transactions while i was driving home from new york. the woman (i’m sorry i didn’t catch her name) took me in right away and helped me ease my worries. she helped me fill out paperwork, answered any questions, and directed me on how to get a new secure debit card. i was in and out within 10 minutes feeling more relieved. i can’t thank her enough for her help.

  If I could give no stars, I would. Fiance and I opened an account last Friday 7/9/21 and they told us when we deposited his check from work that part of the check would be held and that part of it would clear on Monday 7/12/21 and the rest of the check would clear on 7/16/21. This is the information that was given to us by Mike at the Princetown Road branch in Schenectady at the time of us making the account. Here it is 7/13/21, none of the check has been cleared and we just received an email today after calling since yesterday and couldn't get anybody on the phone, we emailed them and got an email back today saying none of the check would be cleared until 7/20/21. We were given false information when making the bank account. If we knew it was going to be like this, we would've taken our check and business elsewhere.

  I have been with them for 24 years and love the place! I have dealt with MANY banks over the years and this place is by far the best! A great group of people to deal with, they always go above and beyond to assist me.

  Branch temporarily closed 3 days before Christmas. This branch is 5 stars for covid safety yet box stores are open .time to find a new bank.

With our myTMs, which allow you to do most transactions that once required a teller, you can bank anytime with 24/7 access. We do offer appointments with our branch teams and if there is an issue you need help with, you can also call us at 866-SUNMARK and we will be happy to help. Online banking and our mobile app are also available. The health and safety of our employees and members will always be most important.

  I enjoy that I can greet the people by name at this branch. Been a customer for years. They always take time to help me when needed.

  Not a large credit union but they work with you no atm's and closed on Saturday and Sunday

  They really don't help, people have told me that they work with you that they will help you but at the end of the day they don't, I won't never recommend anyone, I had my hopes up so for me it's a piss of garbage,,So if anyone see this post please think twice don't get your hopes up,,,

  Been with them since 1980. Never had a problem
