  The employees will be extremely rude if you bring in cash that they have to count. They have machines to do it for them but will still be rude to me, say rude comments that I can easily hear, roll their eyes and make my experience at this bank so horribly uncomfortable. Even if I only bring in $1k they will still make a scene like that. I am so sick of the disrespect just because I make them do something that's apart of their job. I will never walk into another pioneer bank again.

  I just visited pioneer bank to pay house taxes today at around 12:45 pm. The guy pulled the papers from me with anger and he was giving the bad looks from the time i stepped on that bank, at the end he didn't even serve me, i had to go to another teller . I see a name ''simi'' on his side, not sure if that's his name but he's rude

  These people know me by name and are very professional and accommodating. The Branch Manager, Alex is wonderful
