  Katrina in the Clifton Park Branch was SUPER helpful and Amazing!! I was nervous in starting the procedure to buy a new car through the bank but Katrina has made every step in the process so much easier !! She was extremely knowledgeable, very efficient, and super professional! I am so grateful to have had her help me when I decided to purchase my car as she has made the whole experience go sooo smoothly! Thank You So Much Katrina!! Because of her awesome help and great service, I will be going though Sunmark for all of my financial Needs!

  I have been banking with Sunmark for a few years now and I have always had incredible experiences. The Clifton Park branch manager David has been an integral part of my financial journey. I have reached out to him for advice regarding various financial matters and I always appreciate how knowledgeable he is. Not only has he always had the answer, but he relayed information in a simple way that I could understand. Would definitely recommend the banks services!

  I have been banking with Sunmark for many years and I have always had a great experience. I just recently refinanced my car and have been working with David. My experience with him has been amazing he took care of this whole process for me quickly and professionally. David always returns my calls promptly and even works for you on his day off. I highly recommend the Clifton park sunmark and definitely go see David.

  I've had nothing but excellent experiences from the moment i walked in the door 2 years ago to set up an account. I had been having major issues with BOA and did not feel like a valued member after literally banking with them since I was a child. I also had issues with another credit union so I was a little hesitant but David is amazing. He went way above and beyond what I expected and is always so kind and helpful. I have now set up multiple accounts with Sunmark thanks to him and always think of them first for any of my banking needs. Would highly recommend to any and everybody

  I had a wonderful experience with Sunmark Clifton Park Branch. David Ocasio Ross was outstanding in all facets of my Car Loan Refinance.   I worked with David Ocasio Ross to refinance my vehicle, and my experience could not have been greater. He is professional, thorough and went the extra mile to make this work for me. I didn’t think refinancing was a possibility based on what other banks had told me. But David got the job done and made the process seamless. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

  I am purchasing a new home and David at the Clifton Park branch made it so easy and convenient to set up my new account and mobile banking. I was able to do everything from my dining room table. He got me in contact with all the right people to start my mortgage application and even hooked me up with a contact for a quote for home owners insurance. I highly recommend Sunmark, especially the Clifton Park location! :D

  Not sure if anyone else is aware that Sunmark recently raised the ATM withdrawal limits to $10,000 daily. That may be great for business accounts but not for personal. As a member with 2 accounts, I was not notified of what I deem to be a change(sunmark branch manager does not see it that way) when a situation occurred that the atm limits would have protected us, that protection was gone. When a huge purchase was made at the same time as a huge withdrawal, not authorization was requested. It was flagged and forgotten. As if we weren't devastated enough when going to the bank for help they said nope, Not their problem. They don't need to notify members of changes, they are responding to the complaints of members with large accounts that want to be able to access more money easily. So that means those of us who trust our life savings to this bank are out of luck. I don't feel safe banking here. I don't trust that they are transparent with their policies and practices. I have closed my account after years of being there and moved to a safer bank with reasonable limits and much more transparency. Please beware that your best interests are not looked after here. Update: after leaving this review I received a vm that they wanted to discuss what happened, could I please call. I did, they only wanted to question my review and tell me I was wrong and they take no accountability for not notifying members of the changes they made. Not appropriate to look up my info on a closed account and contact me to discourage my review.

  Time and time again Sunmark has proven their dedication to me. Sometimes you get the feeling that organizations just want you to benefit them. I have never felt this way with Sunmark and they always go above and beyond for me. I NEVER write reviews, but I hope this review answers all the uncertainties when searching for a bank. I am currently in the process of an auto loan David Ocasio Ross at the Clifton Park branch was amazing. He cares for every individual he encounters and wants to see them succeed and benefit in anyway they can... I know personally, because he has helped me over and over again! Thank you to the Sunmark team for making things possible for me.

  Stop calling it a drive through on Google maps when it's not... it's just a atm...thanks...there are some sunmarks with a actual drive through that are open till 5...otherwise good bank

This technology also allows our members to bank on their schedule 24 hours a day, seven days per week.
