  I would do a negative star review if I could. Worst experience ever at a bank. Girls behind the teller station on their phones the manager Kendra rolled her eyes when I tried to get her attention. Place never looks organized either. Hire professional people Sunflower, we trust you with our money. Feels like I’m walking into a 7-Eleven will be reporting to BBB & corporate.

  Worst of all the Sunflowers here in Pueblo. Management is not experienced and look the part. I feel like I am walking into a telemarketing company selling subscriptions to magazines when I go in there. The ATM never works. Closing all my accounts and switching to Chase.

  I would just like to say that the customer service there is outstanding I had to make a deposit and didn't have my account number and the girls were just amazing they helped me with that also I needed to activate my new ATM card and they were able to help me with that so it was like amazing I was in the drive-through Maybe 3 minutes at the most would recommend sunflower bank to friends and family.

  I live an hour away, and desperately needed a check cashed that day. Left $20 in the new account. Never used the account, never got a debit card, never signed up for sign & pay. Get a call today my account is overdrawn $43.00. $3.00 each month for statement...ok...$8.00 for sign & pay...$5.00 for returned mail $25.00 over draft fee to cover all those....not ok! Worst bank ever. I'll continue to tell everyone I can to keep them from getting in this mess. Be there to close this account ASAP.

  The guys are great. They are always pleasant and friendly. They are patient, and answer my questions. It is a pleasure doing business with them.

  lif i could give this bank no ⭐ i would.not only do they take for ever to deposit money the fix there books the way they choose to say you got 150$ for signing up and even show them you didnt recieve it they try and convience you that yyou did.and alsways putting your money in somone elses accout and take your money with out your permission including kansas bank main office

  On multiple occasions now I have had to wait an inordinate amount of time to simply make a deposit. Despite more people behind the teller line than in front. Very frustrating that they don't care about a customer waiting.

  Well Iafter going to different banks this one hellped me I needed change for a yard sale and I got what I need sunflower bank is #1 in my book even from the big chains very nice ppl not rude in any way thx sunflower bank your #1 in my book
