  I love the people at the branch I live near. The employees are friends of mine and are awesome to me and my family. But corporate... your below $100 a day maintenance fee is beyond stupid. I live paycheck to paycheck and that $100 is needed as I wait for my next paycheck. I get penalized for my own money. That is unacceptable and thieving. I'll be switching banks and never recommend your bank name to anyone I know. You steal people's money that they work hard to earn while the bank president drinks herself to DWIs and the board of directors take vacations off people's paid fees. This is why America is failing. It's because of all banking scammers and thieves who have no conscious towards struggling Americans. America will never recover until you bank owners and corporations are put back in your place!

  I just wanted to thank Dan at the Canon City branch, his costumer service is unheard of. He goes way out of his way to make sure the customer is satisfied. I'm happy he is there. The rest of the employees there that I have worked with have also been outstanding. Great people. Thanks!

  We have been customer of Sunflower for over 20 years. The new website and mobile banking are terrible. Mobile used to take the check picture for you , now you must take it yourself and it too 3 times of uploads to finally deposit the check. The website changes are atrocious. Instead of listing transactions sequentially, they are now separated by processed and pending. Many pending stay for days - very confusing. We had a banking fee processed on 10/16 of $6. Have always IMMEDIATELY had a credit of same amount. Now we are told the credit will be processed at the end of the statement cycle. So, they are now gaining money on customers for a few days, then replacing it-- how deplorable. Looking for a new bank.

The first step I make into the front door, Vincent or Sarah are right there, pleasant smile, professional and ready to help me with any banking needs. 24-7, on or off the job, they both represent Sunflower Bank extremely well! They both make you feel not only as a customer but a friend!

Noel at the main branch has been very helpful and professional the times I have needed help with banking issues and making changes to my accounts. Thank you Noel.   I have been a customer with Sunflower since I was a little girl. I called them during the COVID shut downs to attempt to wire money to my refinance company and they flat out refused, stating they felt I was being frauded. Firstly, let me worry about if I'm being frauded or not (I wasn't, obviously), and lastly, you have no right to hold my money hostage for fear that I might go do something silly with it. Fortunately, my closing went through after I wired my money with Capitalone AND I opened up a checking account with another company that has a pretty decent interest rate.

  After a search for a Notary in Canon City my wife and I decided to stop by Sunflower on our way to our lawyer's office and ask if they had a Notary. The teller said they did and to have a seat. Soon Noel Macklin came and helped us. We were VERY impressed with his professionalism and service he provided. We would highly recommend him.
