Malinda Claeys3Everyone's always been really nice here. But today, I had $36 taken from my account due to insufficient funds. I was told I can not get it back. I have never over drafted before. Right now this is the difference of me being able to pay one of my bills or not. I do realize its partially my fault because I forgot a purchase was coming out but I really was very stressed out when I realized that came out and there was nothing I could do. It would be nice to have a system where things come out of my account more quickly so I know what I have. I'll be more careful in the future but it would be nice to have that money back. It doesnt seem like a lot but it is to me. Thank you for all your help

Thomas Humphries2Been bank here for 3 years. Started out fine but over the years I’ve watch prices and fees go up (my account used to be free) and services go down (closed atms and locations, reduced hours, and now the lobby isn’t even open). I’m sure they will use the ubiquitous excuse of “it’s Covid” ignoring the fact that we have no restrictions here, but it’s just more corporate greed. Two more weeks and I can fully transition into another bank. Can not wait.

Noe Aguirre1Worst bank I've ever experienced. I've had so many issues where I'd deposit on Friday and they wouldn't finish the deposit until Monday so I would have no money for the weekend. They overdraft you whenever they get the chance and their whole infrastructure is outdated. If you deposit money to the account that's overdrawn they will sometimes not deposit it until the next day to make sure you get charged an overdraft fee. A pitiful bank that I don't use and an eager to close my account with.

Anita Lake1I opened an account there and everything was good until I deposited a paper check into my account. There was no hold on the check. The check turned out to be fraud. No one notified me of this. I went into the bank with my social security money which went into a different bank to deposit it and they took the money which was my rent money and then told me about this. They told me they could not refund me the cash and talked to someone on the phone as far away from me as possible and would not provide me this gentleman name. I filed a police report and found out because I deposited the check into my account there is nothing the fraud department can do and I owe the remainder of the money. The bank manager knows nothing about bank regulations as she has to call others to get answer so beware of this bank they do not notify you of issues in your account and staff are lazy and slow and they Don't care about their customers at all. Would not recommend this bank to anyone.

Brittany Rasco5Hands down the best bank. Kaylee was amazing at helping me set up my personalized checking account. She knew I was in a hurry and was very accommodating. I often use the drive through and they are very warm and welcoming. Ive been banking with Sunflower for 4 years now and wouldn't have it any other way.

Jenny Delarosa1The staff is very rude! Drive thru is so slow. I waited 20 min for the lady to come to window and she grabbed my deposit and said thanks. I needed to get money out and when I re-hit the call button she never came! I got my checks stolen and all they could say was. Or my fault! She was rude on the phone and I had to go in and get a manager before someone would help me. I asked for my husband and I both to get new cc due to us opening a 2nd Checking account they only sent mine. When I told her my husbands had not been sent yet she canceled mine and sent him a new one! Now neither of us have a cc with our names on it. Took them 1 full year to get my name corrected and my address changed! I am at my wits end I keep giving you guys chances because it’s easier for my direct deposit and auto pays but seriously I’m thinking of switching to a credit union- I have been with you guys since I moved to Colorado 5 years strong and the only bank I never had trouble with was canon city. I don’t know what you do to train your Pueblo people but they have no customer service or knowledge of how to fix anything

neel patel5I have account with this bank since 3 years now and every day when i go to the bank I get best customer service. All the tellers they have are the best of all. Jamie Amy Kailee, Cheryl, Kendra, Nick and their manager Chris. They all are very Friendly.

Joey Sais1What a terrible bank. I have put up with a lot of lousy customer service just because of the inconvenience of changing all my online and bill accounts. The last straw is simply this. I am not allowed to deposit or cash a $3 check made out to my daughter Because she doesn’t have an account there. even though I have a 4 figure account balance and have been with sunflower for several years without any problems.

L M1Worst bank ever.. They screwed up our paperwork 3 times. What should have been a two day process took more than a month. Then said they would talk to the manager and do something for us for all the trouble they had caused us. Never heard a word. Update 6/10/17 - Waited 20 minutes in drive-through when there was no one in the lobby and 1 other car in drive through. The other person in the drive-through was extremely upset because they had been waiting a long time also.
