  Fast easy banking my foot. Slow as hell and always a long long wait at any location you go to! Time to find a different bank people I know I am tired of waiting in line plus ATM are always down. This is not fast banking this is hurry up and wait banking at its best.

  I'm trying to deposit a check into my uncle's account the idiot old lady she confused me with my uncle's. After I clarify that she told me that she can't process the transaction so I was ok with that but I ask her to documented that and she refuse it. Not matter what you have to say for excuse. The bank and service are sucks

  I want to make sure people know the staff at this location are helpful and for the most part take good care of there customers. I just want to see more Information passed to the customer why they are placing holds on things. Also, I want to say thank you to the whole staff for letting me know about getting a loan to help me and my partner with a loan so we didn't loose our home. Thank you very much ladies of this bank.

  Charity has excellent customer service skills! She is warm, inviting, quick and knowledgeable! She was able to instruct me on how to link all 4 accounts on my Academy Bank app. Best bank ever!

  I have had great experiences with this branch in particular and Academy Bank overall. I got the credit builder card and it has helped me improve my score to the point I was able to qualify for a home mortgage.

  I see the reviews but I have not had any problems. Academy Bank has made my banking smoothing and essentially effortless. If there is ever something I need assistance with I can either call or go into the branch and my concerns are normally settled shortly thereafter. The longest I've been on the phone from call in time to hang up has been 15 mins. My only issue is that Academy Bank only has branches at Walmart in Pueblo. I hate Walmart so an actual branch would be awesome!!
