  5 Stars are not enough! I had one of the best experiences today completing my auto refi with Arthur. He was very personable and extremely knowledgeable. The extra mile was taken and then some! The staff at this branch have always been very nice, attentive, and easy to work with. Such a pleasure having my accounts here. Thanks guys!!

  On 2/14/22 the manager couldn’t do a transaction for me because she was going to lunch and mentioned to me I have to come back in 1 hour to do my transaction. Seems like the lunch time is more important than a customer. She is the only one can do Roth IRA. Made a complaint about her and I guess nothing will be done. “ just another customer pain in the ass”. Very soon closing all my accounts with this bank. Terrible customer service at this branch in Lakeland.

  My wife and I have been with this credit union for 30 years. We have financed just about everything through them and also run 3 business corporate accounts as well. Great people, practices, customer service and abilities. Of course there have been a few mistakes along the way but I bet if I was reviewed, or you, there wouldn’t be five stars! Lol. Bottom line is if they can’t help you regardless of condition, then there is no help! Great job and keep it up!

  They lost my title. DMV blames this location and won’t give me tag. Bank does not have direct phone so call 1800 number and have sit on hold for hour for them to say they will contact that location. Location calls me and apologizes… said they will call me back. NEVER CALLED me back and I’m already on my second temp tag. This is stupid. I’ll just file a complaint with the state. I’m not sitting on phone for hour to hopefully get callback by location not an I gonna wait 3 hours at location to talk someone when it’s there fault. I was understanding but I’m done.

  Very good bank to open an account with. Donna is always helpful when I come in. My only complaint would be the touch screen on the ATM is malfunctioning. Use the buttons not the screen just so everyone knows. Took me 6 withdrawals to get $300. Free checking and savings with only $5 in your account. Really good staff there I notice 😎
