  Eight years trying to purchase a home, first we went with the local bank in our town, approved us !! had an approval letter in our hands for two months. We received a call saying he needs to be decline our application, that was a pretty bad feeling. We are so thankful for our realtor that knows success mortgage partners what an amazing team, The Guided Us, motivated us, Great communication educate us.   I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with Roshel and her team!! They are professional, responsive, communicative and kept us in the loop every step of the way. We were recommended to her and her team by our real estate agent due to our previous loan officer and bank giving us some issues on closing and I am glad he did!!! She was on top of things and let us know what we needed to do to make everything happen and MADE IT HAPPEN! Highly recommend and will be using them again in the future!
