  There aren't many tellers. It is a very small branch but the lady that was there today was very nice and helpful. We had great conversation while I waited for my new card to be printed. 5stars all the way.

  Love this credit union this location is located inside the villages walmart and is very nice. They have a suncoast atm by and a couple of tellers to offer their services. My fiance opened an account here pretty quickly and she loves it. Highly recommend hope they expand more into this location!

  Sydney was so amazing! She suggested me getting a card increase to take advantage of the balance transfer opportunity and walked me through the whole process. She did great and even informed me of how quickly the increase got approved! Great experience!

  I was glad they were coming into town but now I am disappointed. They have one person working the branch and they aren’t a real bank. I tried to get some change from my account for a fund raiser we are doing this weekend..., needed ones and quarters they had just ten dollars in quarters and not enough ones either. Disappointed that they didn’t bring a real banks services here! Have been a member for 3 years but I may have to move over to one of the other credit unions that recently came to town.
