Roberto Morales2I walked in wanting to follow up information if I online about opening a business checking account with them. As I walked in I was greeted by a very nice young lady but unfortunately it appears that she is not well trained in greeting customers and sitting them down to give them a formal Information talk . The lady read me the things I needed to open the account like if I had ordered something off the menu I wasn’t even offered to sit down and explain other options on opening a checking account, benefits it’s just poor training in my opinion as a businessman that’s just the way I see it. Unfortunate I will have to look at other banks to earn my business we will see how this goes. Unfortunate! I was ready to open the account on the spot.

Violeta Rojas1Spoke to 7 different people over the phone and nobody helped me, everyone gave me a different response to my question and Nobody knew a solution, they didn’t let me speak to a manager after I asked politely 2 times and when I finally went to the bank I waited over an hour in the lobby and the person there gave me no solution either. In my opinion they just discriminated my husband and I for being Hispanic. Don’t waste your time with this bank.

Lisa Loar1Came into get a money order which I've done several times, there were 2 account holders in the bank and 3 associates. I had to sign in and waited over 30 minutes to be called while some paper pusher sat at his desk doing absolutely nothing.

Danae Stratton1Please don't go to this location if you have to go inside. This establishment is poorly managed. I walk inThere's two people working on one Computer screen, so of course they had a line of people waiting. I went up to the desk to the deak to ask a question a lady stands up and tells me I'm skipping line and caused in uproar . Employees did nothing and let the lady run her mouth. Very unprofessional and unsafe place.

Brittany Owens1I have personally banked with this bank for a few years now and after that amount of time I thought I would grow to at least ‘like’ them. I personally can’t stand Suncoast. They will nickel and dime you to death.. they move around money as they please. I had to ‘shut off’ every permission I gave to them because they like to do things without you knowing. For the love of god, if you wanna keep your money.. bank elsewhere.

Ricky Rich1The teller stole my money. My entire paycheck, looked me in the eye and told me the transaction didn't go through. When I checked the account the money was gone, it never got deposited into my account and I didn't get any cash. BLATANT thievery. Please do not come here. Use any other suncoast location. I'm not saying they'll definitely steal from you, but if you aren't careful and if you give them the opportunity they will take what they can from you without remorse. Hopefully that awful woman will not keep her job here much longer once the dispute is settled.

Amber T1The setup of this particular branch is in my opinion not up to standard for a credit union. There are no tellers, only automated systems that present live tellers on a screen whom can do limited tasks. Therefore, many simple transactions can yield an extremely long wait time as you have to sign in and wait for a representative of the bank. There were 2 on duty when I went in to get a cashiers check. I signed in and the wait time suggested 6-10 minutes...I waited for over an hour, there were only two people in front of me when I arrived. Once the only staff member I saw present become available, she got up and left for lunch not even acknowledging the waiters. She had no care that we have been sitting for an excessive amount of time. Very unprofessional and I was extremely frustrated with the whole thing. I left without being assisted...it should never take that long for a cashiers check. I have been a member since 2013 and have never experienced this at my local Tampa branches.

Victoria Carpenter1Waited 35+ minutes to get a money order because the interactive tellers cant issue money orders. Only one person working at a desk and no apology or sincerity for the long just a " wait til I call your name next time". I will not be coming back to this location. I have NEVER experienced anything like this in a Suncoast bank. I have always had great fast service at other locations. This location needs a serious reevaluation of its effectiveness, specifically the trade of real tellers for machine ones.

Kadian Irving1Today I went in branch seeking to get notary services, I have three accounts at this bank. I had legal court documents to be stamped but was told it cannot be done I should visit a UPS, now with a small child in hand I had to find a UPS store and pay $10 per document stamped, very disappointed. Maybe it's best I move my account to a bank that will feel comfortable to stamp documents for me.
