  The staff is the best around. My old lady was behind on an item and they actually called to remind us. They actually cared. the parking lot is tough to maneuver with my F350. If it rains like the other day the front parking is washed out and the back has huuuge puddles. But is you want get service and some super deals. The lAdies are great. The diamond deals are good towards end of month.

  Buyer beware of this store!!! I've shopped at different value pawn for a number of years and never had any issues until I purchased an item at this location. I purchased a CD recorder for $150.00. Took it home and set it up and realized it didn't work. The cd loading door would not stay closed. I them went to return within 2 hours of purchase. The return policy is a complete refund as long as it's within 24 hour of original purchase. So i returned this recorder within 2 hour of original purchase and they charged me a restocking fee. This was not in their return policy and had never happened to me at any other locations. When I questioned the managers and staff, I was told that It's their policy to charge a restocking fee in which i asked them to show me in writing and they could not!!! I left the store with the refund minus this restocking fee. I went to 2 other value pawn stores that same day and asked if they charge a restocking fee for items returned within 24 hour of original purchase. Both told me NO and that there was no such policy. I called the corporate office to verify this information and they could not show me any such policy. Within 20 minutes of me calling corporate, I received a call from the regional manager apologizing to me and asking me to return to that location in Lakeland to receive the balance of my refund. I am pretty sure that this store has been charging it's customers a this restocking fee on their returns fraudulently. Please BUYER BEWARE of this store!!!!!!
