I had not received my new credit card in the mail yet and he was so awesome with reassuring me and giving me the information needed to correct the matter .   Love the staff...very courteous and friendly. On the downside though, there is no drive-thru window/ATM for physically/handicapped impaired customers.

  HI, Elouise - Since this location is situated within a plaza we are unable to offer drive-thru service. There is a ramp from the parking lot to the sidewalk located within the plaza. We appreciate you taking the time to provide this input, and we have shared it with our facilities department to once again examine if we are able to make better access available. We do meet ADA requirements and work hard to meet the needs of our members so we are sorry to hear of the inconvenience this has caused you. Thank you very much for reaching out.
