He will answer any questions you have, and guide you towards the right direction. Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a mortgage lender , my experience with them was phenomenal.

  Melanie Brown and her staff at Premier Lending are an absolute dream team. From the day my wife and I walked in and until the day we closed, has been a wonderful experience. Always willing to listen to my questions and concerns and really making the process very effortless. There were times where I did not believe it was going to happen. However, with Melanie's experience and perseverance, our dream home came to fruition. I thank Melanie Brown, she is astonishing!!!!!!!

  Melanie and her team are AMAZING they work hard to get you from start to finish with out you ever breaking a sweat! You are treated like family from the time you open the front door and are welcomed in by Mona to the ending result of signing with Melanie. I had a few bumps in the road and the entire team was was supportive and that made the entire process stress free so I could focus on my personal issues that were life changing.   Melanie and team has been great along with the whole process. throughout the day i don't have access to a computer due to work but i was easily able to complete 95% of the paperwork on my phone. only one paper needed a physical signature for the loan process. Jacqualin was amazing answering my questions, getting my paperwork in order, keeping me updated and well informed through the entire process. she was also available after hours which i appreciated greatly. thanks again for the great job.

  Premier Nationwide Lending is by far the best mortgage company I have ever worked with! I have purchased quite a few homes in my time, most of the mortgage process experiences were stressful, frustrating and exhausting.
