  Bought a 2020 MKz came for the free oil change and they installed the wrong oil filter 😡 And then would not take any calls from the other Lincoln dealer that had to repair after oil filter blew the gasket had to call Lincoln concierge service and get them involved to pay for the work. Steer clear of this dealership.

  I've had work done many times here, and every time its lackluster at best. Just recently they forgot to put screws back into my splash guard under my car properly, which fell out onto the highway on my way to work. Upon returning, after rigging it to stay over the weekend, the service technicians tried to give me "screws they found" that didn't fit, then finally after waiting 20 minutes decided it was a good idea to just take my car and replace the 3 screws. After 20 minutes of waiting on a 2 minutes job i went to the front desk to ask if they were done to find out it had been done for almost the entire time I was waiting on no one notified me. This is the 3rd or 4th time in 6 months that they "forgot" to notify me my vehicle work was completed and I sat wasting time. The people are relatively nice, but incompetent. Would recommend driving to another Ford establishment if you have the time.

  Already went to another Ford dealer to find out why I kept losing air in a month old tire on a month old car. They said I needed to have my tire patched even though they couldn't find the source of the problem (I don't think they tried real hard). So I drove the 180 miles back to Arcadia stopping every 50 miles to air up my tire. The guys at DeSoto were fantastic! They actually looked for and found the problem. At some time, someone who drove the car ran over something that bent the inside of the rim. They had me fixed quickly and for lunch money! I owe them big time. Great job guys!

  This was my first time there. Had Zemerman as my service writer. Probably the most unprofessional service writer i have seen and i have worked in a few dealerships. First he fliped a co worker off over not writing up a ticket on a Toyota. I asked how long for a service and tire rotation and he said not long. So told him go ahead. Took about a hour and 10 minutes which is fine. But when they were done my truck was pulled up on the ready line and it sat there for 20 minutes while he ran around BSing with co workers. When he seen me fixing to come ask whats going on he ran over to the printer and got the work order and gave it to a car porter to take me to the cashier. No reviewing what was done or might have found. Cashier lady was nice. Very poor customer service in my opinion. All dealerships i have worked at was and vacuumed custimers cars and service writers were professional. Did not even remove number tag from rear view mirror or key ring. Just plain poor customer service.

  AFTER SPENDING 7,770 DOLLARS WITH DESOTO FORD I GUESS WHAT WE AGREED TO DIDNT MATTER NO MORE TO ABBY AND MIGUEL THEY LIED IN MY FACE. SO I ASK FOR THE MANGER. ROBERY GREAT GUY WITHOUT ANY QUESTION ASK WHAT ABBY SAID COULDNT BE DONE HE GOT IT DONE. BY THE WAY IT WAS GETTING MY SERIAL NUMBER OFF MY MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION I THOUGHT WAS GOINF TO BE NO PROBLEM SINCE I WAS GETTING A DOT INSPECTION. I DONT TRUST ABBY AND MIGUEL AT ALL POOR COSTUMER SERVICE HOW CAN THEY THINK OF DOING THAT AFTER ALL THE MONEY I SPENT

  Had trouble with our Honda while driving across Florida and needed service. We found the crew at the service shop to be excellent!!!! They were very accommodating and helpful and got us back on the road in no time .... and were VERY reasonable with the charge. A pleasure to deal with them ... thank you!

  I am rating Desoto Ford, strictly behind one employee in the service advisor department. This fairly new employee was not my original advisor assisting me, but he did step in and help me with a situation regarding my Ford Rewards Points after an oil change and system update on my truck, that other advisors could not assist with due to lack of experience. It took one new advisor to care about a Ford customer and take the time to assess the problem, to find a solution. For that, I give Desoto Ford a four star. I hope the manager does he’s job to find out who I am talking about and gives this gentleman a promotion. He is truly the definition of superior customer service!

  Best oil service in the world and I've been to china even drove my truck in the Pacific Ocean to get my oil changed under the water by megalodon himself. nothing can compare to desoto auto mall

  Our truck was brought into this shop. The tech was unable to fix the problem but rather admit that he was unable to fix the problem he mikey moused it together and returned the truck to us. We were not told there was a problem . Three months later and several states away ( were Canadians travelling across the states) the problem returns. We brought the truck to another dealer and learnt of the deception. We contacted the desoto service department to give them an opportunity to fix the problem. But guess what not happening!! It is really disappointing that this shop and Ford itself do not stand behind there work. Mistakes happen I get it it's how those mistakes are resolved that makes the difference. This shop does not!
