  I was inquiring about a loan with this credit union. All the advertising in the location states live, work or worship in there service area and if approved can join. I stay, work and worship in there approved area but I live out of the area. Didn't find out it would be any issues and that i would need proof of address till after I waited over an hour for them to in less then 5 minutes say can't help need proof of residence in or area.

  I've been banking with them for several years utilizing personal loans, auto loans and establishing a line of credit. Great people at this location and always super friendly. Best bank I've dealt with.

  I started my refinance application on 9/23/2021. They said it would take 90 days. Now it is 3/8/2022 - almost 5 months later. They ignore my emails and don't return telephone calls. Extreme incompetence in every situation.

  Ms. Julie Baumhardt, at the Chatlotte Harbor, Florida Suncoast Credit Union (on the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda city lines) is, was, and ALWAYS will be the BEST asset at this Suncoast Credit Union location! I have been coming to this location, ever since I moved to Port Chatlotte, Florida in Sept. 2013. Julie is brilliant, efficient, attentive, and caring, just to name a few of her attributes.
