  After weeks of issues and problems with out of state property purchase 30 years ago from my mother, Venice Sun coast One Title & Closing completed the transaction today. With the help and guidance of Katie Boyle and her staff, we were able to make this sale of property over 1,000 miles away without having to travel there.   The entire staff it's easy to deal with and communicate well both by phone calls and emails and of course in person. The whole process was easy from start to finish Kama friendly and great service by all. And how can you beat it? After you close they even give you a free bottle of wine from a local Winery!

  Contacted the office to see if our pre-closing signing appointment could be rescheduled. Doug was such a pleasure to deal with. He worked as the interface between us and the office to get our appointment scheduled when it was convenient to us! And he followed up with phone calls and emails. Doug made us feel like we were in good hands!
