  Got referred by a guy I met while finishing, so I tried it out brung my chain in to get fixed asked if they clean the jewelry they fix lady said yes of course lol so I pay the fee I had 2 different links that was not connected & I called 3 days after drop off & lady tells me it's not done yet I will contact u soon as it's ready for pickup so I waiting a week & lady tells me it was done the next day after I dropped it off 😏& I say that's not true I called & i was told by u it wasn't finished, so I say y didn't anyone contact me & she seys idk lol so I take my chain home & rite away I noticed it wasn't cleaned & only 1 of the links was fixed ,,, so it's a do not return for me , I don't argue with businesses I just move on & bring my $$ elsewhere ,,, zero stars from me 👎

  Hello Keith, we called you the day after you dropped it off and received no answer. We tried to leave a vm, but it was full. You looked at it and signed the completed repair slip upon pick up.   If I could give Chris 10 stars I would. I was recently in the market for a new chain when I came across PCGoldandPawn on FB market place while shopping around.   I walked into Port Charlotte Gold and Pawn looking for a gift to purchase for my Niece. The owner Chris helped me with my shopping experience and I couldn’t have been any happier. His knowledge of jewelry was obvious right off the bat, and communicating with him was so easy. There’s a real family oriented vibe that you feel as soon as you walk through the doors that just makes you feel welcome. I left with a necklace and pendent that was perfect for the occasion. I will certainly be back and I recommend anyone to try them out. They have a wide arrange of items to choose from, and you can bet pricing was great! Thanks again PC gold and pawn!

  Chris was so helpful in finding the perfect men’s wedding band for my fiancé. He was patient and informative. The atmosphere was calm compared to other pawn shops where I felt rushed and like I was just another transaction. Chris and his family truly gave me the best care.   I brought my mothers wedding bands in to have them turned into something a little different for my engagement and wedding band, they turned out AMAZING! They are exactly what I wanted.
