  Constant phone harassment even if a few days late. They will even show up at your house. Constant pressure to extend the loan with additional fee s.I was recently given a payoff figure & then it went up two days later. Then I got something in the mail showing I owed even more. When I called they acted like I was the rude one & threatened me with legal action. All of this was over FOURTEEN dollars, though the receipt in the mail showed I still owed 74. Yes, I was very angry when Icalled, but it is beyond ridiculous to go thru this for a 500- 600 loan. Also, my phone texts have been blowing up with messages offering me more money!

  Violation of unwanted in pulling credit reports without permission. Filing many complaints with Federal Agencies. Do not recommend this company at all to anyone stay clear especially the Antioch Location in Tennessee.

  The people at this place are very friendly and very helpful Stephanie goes out of her way to make things work for you. I don’t know how it is at Other service loan locations but the one in Antioch Rocks... Would recommend

  ****Now called Service Loan***** Can't say I'm exactly happy with the switch from Sunloan to Service Loan. As I told the little girl on the phone if I made a late payment it would have reported much quicker than what it's taking for them to get it reported. No reason for me to pay on time if it hasn't reported for 4 months. I didn't just need the money I needed the credit rep. Thanks anyway...

  I really don’t like nor appreciate when company’s keep calling you trying to collect on a loan that ain’t dew yet! Please stop this harassment, It’s not a good practice and will drive customers away. If I’m late OK but not until then should I be receiving three or four phone call what seems to be the entire office. STOP THIS PRACTICE!

  This is a misleading company and they lie to their customers I would never recommend this company to anyone
