  It was great to have clients go through this lender. This explained everything to my clients, always answered the phone. Gave me and clients updates on time and promptly. As an agent I love when a mortgage company is on top of the loan, and follows up consistently with every step of the transaction.

  5 stars isn't enough of a rating for the work they do in Sun City Home Loans. I am extremely happy, grateful, satisfied, and suprised with the way they handled my file. Joe and Cynthia were always on top of my file, always well informed and kept me in the loop 100%, when i started to stress out because of my past experience with another bank, both Joe and Cynthia would calm me down by explaining everything in detail. The experience was GREAT, truly from the bottom of my heart thank you Joe and everyone in Sun City Home Loans.

  I chose Sun City Home Loans due to the numerous 5 Star reviews. My experience with Joe and Emma was not 5 Stars. I walked away from a purchase due to conversations that was had between this team and the buyer’s realtor. Apparently, they have had a lot of success, but I would not recommend. ----- This is an update to my orginal review. I have downgraded to 1 star. I have a FT job my husband has a very successful company. When we applied for the loan, Sun City acted like it woudl be impossible to get us approved, and went so far as to tell the sellers realtor this. We had made a low ball offer on the house (due to condition) that was refused.... the sellers realtor bascially told our realtor, per Sun Ciyt, we could not afford the house. At that time we walked. Fast forward 4 months later, we have bought the house of our dreams, the purchase price was 100k more then the house Sun City told everyone we could not afford.

  Completely satisfied with the customer service. They were all very available and courteous handling my case. Joe martinez is a very smart individual and he used all of his staff and talent to get me an my family into a home. Took a lot of hard work but i am pretty sure it all happened because of them. Takes a lot of effort to have such an amazing group of employees and he s got them. Don't look elsewhere. They will get you in a home no matter what.

  Amazing! One minute I was admiring houses online, next minute I was approved and buying! Joe and Albert made the process so simple, quick and smooth. They sent me everything I needed and went above and beyond to get other things in order for me, even when it didn’t have anything to do with their office. Things were very hectic with the seller’s agency, but the guys at Sun City spent overtime hours (and out of pocket cash) to get me what I needed in time, to not have to wait around for the seller’s agency. If you’re looking to buy, CALL THESE GUYS!

  I give them a 5 star rating only because there is only a max of 5!!! They deserve way more. Joe and Cynthia made our home buying experience an awesome one. My wife and I began to stress over details that we did not understand , and once I would visit Joe he would set me at ease. I recommend them to everyone I get a chance. I hear of horror stories from other home buyers and can easily say my experience was nothing like theirs.
