  We are traveling the US and of course our Yukon broke down on the side of the highway!!! Steve from Crawford Buick GMC took amazing care of us and our vehicle!!! So thankful for the amazing care and communication during the process of getting our car back on the road!!!   I had a 2nd dead battery in my 2015 GMC Sierra. So, this is the 3rd battery installed in my truck within 5 years! Needless to say, I was upset with this issue, I found out that since GM "paid" for the 1st replacement they only warrant it for 1yr even though it is a 42 month battery,(the 2nd battery had been in for a little over 2 years). I spoke with Steve M., the service manager, and explained to him my problem with this. although I had to pay for the new battery, I felt that he understood my frustration and gave me a reasonable price, and now I have a 42 month warranty on this one.

  I had already done my due diligence and made a decision to purchase a 2021Sierra AT4 but was going to buy it from an out of town dealer as usually, it is my perception, El Paso dealers are often unwilling to negotiate a mutually acceptable price. My intent was to look at the truck in person an possibly test drive one. Due to the friendly personality of the salesperson, Carlos Salas, and the willingness and motivation of the manager, Eddie Zepeda, to not only attend to my needs but to provide me with an offer I couldn't refuse, both on the new vehicle as well as my trade in, I decided to commit and, as it turns out, had an incredible and pleasant buying experience.

  Alejandro Canales was a pleasure to deal with and made the entire process flawless and smooth. But the star of the dealership was Soraya Holguin (Finance Manager), Soraya prepared all of our paperwork prior to my arrival of the signing and went out of the way to get us the best possible rate. The entire signing process took less than 30 minutes and Soraya was thorough and detailed with each document. Thank you for a quick and easy transaction.

  Best customer service I have had in a while, Adrian Arredondo was the best sales man. If you Need a new car he’s awesome. Soraya Holguin was very informative and professional, when it came to financing. Overall great experience and I definitely recommend them.... :)

  I went to Crawford in desperate need of a vehicle for my mother. When I arrived at Crawford I was quickly helped by Tyler. Tyler was the best salesman I have ever encountered. I will definitely continue to go with him wherever he goes. He knew of my situation, of needing a vehicle in a day or two before I had to leave. And he quickly gathered what I would most benefit in-did all paperwork within minutes, and I was out within an hour with a new car. A very nice car at a great deal at that. Tyler thank you for all your help on the 2019 VW jetta. Moms loving it and I am no longer stressed. You rock!
