  I had a great experience with Erika and David. I traded in my 2016 Hyundai Sonata for a 2020 Pallisade and couldn’t be happier. The bargaining process was pretty easy and laid back - and, importantly, I was in and out fairly quickly. After a bit of negotiation I got a great deal on my trade. Customer service was great and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

  My mom bought an Elantra 3 years ago. The car is really nice and the salesman, Oscar, was great! However, I hesitate to put 5 stars because she is paying for The Butler service. The worst, is that no matter how many times she has scheduled to get her car that service, she always gets canceled or they never bother to call her back. Don't bother purchasing that service. Paying for it and in 3 years only had it done twice. I hope she gets retrograded in getting that service when she finishes paying for the car. Not happy!

  The service was very professional the office, the salesman did everything efficiently and fast. They deliver my car clean abd rhe tank full if gas and the instructions very clear. Thank you Hyundai.

  Exceptional customer service at El Paso Hyundai Service Dept. Marco is the best. He takes the time to explain what your vehicle needs. He is trustworthy. I always select him when scheduling a vehicle service appointment. I highly recommend El Paso Hyundai.

  I bought a 2020 Veloster here in June 2020. The car is great but when we did the final walk-around, there was a scratch on the back window. I signed the paper that stated they would fix the issue, except I received 1 correspondence from the sales rep, Joey, and when I tried to follow up with him I didn't get a straight answer. These people are not interested in making sure you're satisfied. I went to the service department to see if they could help me with my problem, but I was told I had to talk to the sales rep for the problem to be fixed. I didn't pay $20,000 to chase down some sales rep. I finally find the time to go confront them about this in February 2020 and I'm told I had 30 days to get this scratch fixed. Nobody told me about any time limit. I've gotten the same excuses from Bob, a separate sales rep, over and over, but I've had to take time away from work because they cant be bothered to work with me, only against.

  The staff and sales people were very nice. Our salesman spoke very little English, however he tried very hard to accommodate and wasn't afraid to get help when needed. Overall very good experience, however the finance portion took over 4 hours, and it didn't seem like anyone was in a hurry.
