  Dewey Haney helped us with our first ever home loan and was wonderful. He and his whole team made this process as breezy as it can be. There is so much stuff that goes into getting a home loan, but they made it manageable at every step along the way and continuously checked in, asking if we had any questions. I’d recommend this team to anyone and will for sure be using them again if I ever need another home loan.

  I worked with Lea Snyder at Summit Mortgage for a home loan. She was very clear explaining the loan process and guiding through out the process. She understands the needs and gives various loan options to choose from. She was available by phone and email on all days of week. They closed on the same day they promised to close even though there were some glitches in the title company. It was a 100% online process. Thank You

  My first home miles and angie were terrific 5star service and very helpful and helping me understand the loan process. I'm a blue collar middle class worker with a family. My dream of owning a home for my family was dream come true .at summit morgate they help you understand everything how much i needed and price range and what to work on area to improve before the loan process they help me save money and better interest then my own bank . Now you could go through online morgate company but you'll never have thet in person customer service that's there for you 7 days a week untill you get home.

  Brian Haveman is a fantastic loan officer. He was our loan officer when we purchased out first home and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable with us, we could not have been happier. He was also my goto loan officer for 10 years as a Real Estate Agent. I was always happy when one of my clients would choose to work with Brian. He always takes the time to make sure the clients needs and best interests are taken care of. If he does not think you should be buying a house right now, he will tell you that, he will always puts the clients needs first. He is always available to talk or meet with clients, even after hours and on weekends if needed. He has an incredible amount of knowledge in the industry but knows how talk to a client so they understand the process. He is incredibly patient and you never feel rushed. You will find he almost always has things done early and is usually two steps ahead of everyone else yet always keeps everyone informed so there is never a surprise. As a realtor, I can’t think of a better person to team up with. As a client, he is second to none. You should talk to Brian.

  Awful. Left my grandparents with rates THREE times what they should have been paying. Took ages to get anything done. Terrible communication afterwards. Glad we were able to get out of this.
