  James and his team are rock stars! I've purchased homes before and this has been the easiest by far. The combination of knowledge and expertise coupled with sophisticated use of technology sets James apart.   Like Portland, it was a breath of fresh air, to work with the PDX home loan team. I was thinking it was going to be a real headache, because I am self-employed. But they held my hand and led me through the necessary steps to approval! We now are arriving at the home of our dreams in Happy Valley.   James Adair and his team took great care of us as first time buyers. The team was very responsive and if I ever couldn’t get anyone on the phone momentarily, I’d get a call back in no time. James took the time to explain the ins and outs and gave me a much better understanding of how the whole home-buying process works, which gave me much more confidence in my decisions.   I love how easily James can explain the many different ways to finance the purchase of a home to my clients. He shows them in a way that regardless of the presence of a language barrier, he can show them the many options they have and what that would look like. He always makes himself available as a resource and is always willing to help, even after the loan closes. Once you work with him, you'll always want to work with him!   James and his team at PDX Home Loan made our far-fetched dream of owning a home a reality. Our next door neighbors recommended that we talk to James even though we didn't think we were ready to own. We met with James and walked away from that first meeting with so much hope and a wealth of information. He and his team are so knowledgeable and have a knack for explaining a complicated process with clarity. One of the most unique things he does is send video updates explaining what's coming up in the home-buying process. It's such a quick and easy way to get information to us!   James and his team at PDX Home Loan could not have made our first time home buying experience more enjoyable . From approval to close, James and his team were there every step of the way to answer questions, offer guidance, and insure that we were matched with the best product to fit our financial situation. Loved the personal touch of his video email recaps in which he took the time to explain the product options and benefits in detail, putting us at ease and confirming that James was the lender for us. Best of all, he was there when we needed him most - 5:30 on a Friday afternoon and was on the phone with us helping us close the deal on our new home.   The whole crew were very responsive and understanding of our needs on the purchase of our very first home. They explained things in easy to understand terms and really worked to get us financing we could afford, which was great as my wife and I were pretty overwhelmed with the whole process.
