  Stacy went above and beyond from the very first interaction we had to the closing of our first property. Being first time home buyers, Stacy thoroughly explained all the terms and things we did not know. She helped us formulate a plan, stuck to it, and made adjustments when needed.   The PDX home loan team is amazing! Each step of the process is followed up by a personalized video from James, which helps answer any questions that you have. This really helps when you have an extremely busy schedule, in which scheduling phone conversations are difficult. You can watch them at your own pace, on your own time. James is extremely knowledgeable, and responded quickly to all of my incessant questions. The team is always accessible whether your preferred method of communication is email (which is mine), phone, or in person. Jessica did a great job of ensuring that questions and concerns I had for my real estate team were answered, and tracking /updating on progress. Stephanie is fantastic also, I was truly comforted by the fact that she was present at signing in the event I had any questions. The mortgage process of my home buying experience was truly seamless, and I highly recommend them!

  Trevor, Rachel and team were absolutely amazing. Trevor worked closely with us to see where our finances were and what we could realistically afford and showed us several different options. Once we knew what we were going to move forward with Rachel worked to ensure we had all of the right information so that we could close on time, on a very tight timeline. Not only did they work hard and help us get into the most amazing home we could afford, they connected with us as people and made us feel welcomed and cared for. I've already told a few of my friends about them and would encourage anyone reading this to contact them.

  Trevor and his team, Rachel and Jessica, are seriously the very best! Their approach is consultative and they take into account what their clients’ needs are. We have worked with them on three occasions and even during incredible pressure and unusual circumstances they have been supportive and helped us get through.   There are so many great things to say about my experience with Sierra Pacific Mortgage. I worked with Chris Schwab and his team. I had to get my home refinanced and was under a deadline to make it happen. Not only did Chris and his team meet the deadline they got it done early! The process was painless and easy with their secure document and signature tools and resources. The weekly emails updating where we were in the process was extremely helpful. It had tentative dates of completion for each step. Chris came to the signing with a small gift and thank you card from he and his team. The surprise delivery of Dancing Deer Bakery Company goodies was very lovely to receive. I was impressed on how comfortable what could have been a stressful process could be. Thank you Chris and team for an amazing experience!!
