  The first time we contacted Jim was a Sunday night around 9pm and he answered!!! Jim went out of his way to help us with our pre-approval, mortgage application, and was there through settlement to make sure we felt comfortable with all of the documents being signed. He was dedicated, professional, personable, and as first-time buyers, he really made this such an exciting and seamless experience.
