  The worst ever... Try calling someone there? You can't they don't answer... Then they put ATM deposits on a 5 working day hold, even though we have been a customer for years. Then that causes an overdraft which they charge fees. OMG stay far far away!!! Hopefully they go out of business

  I like this bank. Sometimes the wait can be long but the employees are always nice and genuine.

  Waited at the teller line for 10 + min with out anyone behind the counter. Manager did get up from her desk and helped me. She was very polite, but overall wasted more time in there then I needed to.

  Although my daughter and I are not TD Bank customers, we were still able to have school forms notarized here for FREE! Our bank associate, Jesse, was incredibly helpful in answering all our questions.

  Everyone at this branch has always been super friendly and helpful! They are quick, patient and thorough. The manager made sure to introduce herself and made sure to know she was happy to help with anything needed. All around great customer service

  I have been a customer at TD Bank for 6 years and let me say the Manager Michelle Is FANTASTIC... Anytime I had a banking question she was very responsive and was able to educate me. As long as she is there I won't go to any other bank.

  I agree with many of the negative reviews here and I hate leaving negative reviews because I’ve been in customer service. It sucks because most of the time the customer is only focused on price, time, or uncontrollable factors. With that being said, the right way to respond to customer frustration over such an issue is taught in a very succinct manner that is designed to get the point across to all branch managers. This is by far the worst branch manager I’ve ever met at any TD branch because she does the opposite of what she should be doing. I left that day after talking to this branch manager without being listened to and spoken to in a condescending manner. She basically insists upon rubbing a customers fault in their face in the rudest way possible. I’m not sure how she got where she is, or even what her name is, all I know is that she’s blonde, but all these years I’ve known TD to be better than this. I would not recommend keeping her around as she is plaguing that entire branch of employees she is assigned to dictate. Time to repair the culture before it’s too late. One bad apple...

  First time there, Monday afternoon. There was one girl at the counter and the line was to the door. The people at the counter being helped were there for at least ten minutes. One guy walked out tired of waiting. I'll likely be changing banks soon if this continues. This is the only TD bank near my new location.

  If I could give zero stars I would. The so called manager Joanne Trout has poor communication skills. She does not know how to speak to a customer. I called another TD bank and the customer service representative was able to help me. This location is a joke!!!!!!

  Great student banking products, really helped me in getting my first accounts set up. Everyone’s so helpful and friendly and makes it easy for me to learn how to manage my accounts.
