  The manager or supervisor as they called themselves defaced my check and now will not cash it. Will not try to help me or make a phone call. I believe they will be loosing a couple customers today, I guess you guys can afford a few hundred thousand a year loss 🤷‍♂️,today is 5-11-2022 at 1:09 pm. Just so you know who to blame..😡very aggravating 😡. I truly believe I was racially profiled😔😔

  I had an online appointment before. When I arrived at the office, everything was great. The manager was kind and solved all my issues. Thanks to all staff.

  This location there is always issues. I understand people being sick and vacations. Today there was one person helping people and the line was to the door. Another girl stepped up but this other woman "strutted" past the line and said "they will be with you as soon as they can" She should have stepped up and helped out with her co-workers. What a sad mess and shame on management!

  If google give me a option to give negative rating I would be happy to give this branch-10. First of all the stuff of this branch is completely don’t know how to perform their job. They don’t know how to deposit a check is it not a funny thing. March 16 I go to this branch and deposit a check with a amount of almost 65 thousand and one of the lady told me they need to send this to collections department okay fine now I find out the check was missing. And also I am not able to go to this branch because it say temporarily close.

  Waited for over 40 min to get a 5 min task to get done!!! 😡 They say to come at one time but then you still wait for your appointment, for which you had to wait already 40 min, another 30 minutes!!! Why is there no personnel who would take walk in customer?! (At least within a 20-30 min wait and not for more than an hour!!)

  I went in this bank to open business account . The lady wasn’t enough qualified to open my account. So I stop and come back . I made appointment but didn’t say they need money when I went their she was asking money in cash . I was so mad I left .

  This Bank Is The Best Bank I've Ever Had The Pleasure of Having. When Our Country Starts New Businesses,Small and Large,This Is The Bank To Use !. They Care About America. They Care About Every Day People. Their Customer Service and The Great People who work there,Well There Are No Words. I'm In Awe. They Have Merrill Lynch. They Have What America Needs To Help Us Honestly and With Integrity To Heal Financially As A Country. Especially In Bensalem Pa !! I Wouldn't Go Anywhere Else !

  Worst location in the area, customer service left that branch long time ago. It's the second time I have a problem there and nobody cares. I came today to deposit some checks and since I have personal and business accounts with the bank person behind the counter told me that I have to make a deposit to my business accounts even that those checks have my name on it. Long story short I had go go to another branch and spend hour and a half of my time to make that deposit. I'm definitely coming back and see what they have to say.

  Terrible customer service. Stopped by on Friday during business hours to do the wire transfer. Was asked "do you have an appointment scheduled?" I asked when this rule was implemented - the reply was uncertain "since like last week..., but you can schedule for Saturday if you want". So, no more walk-in customers? Is it common for all BoA locations?
