  Mark is wonderful manager and Summit funding is the best in Tricities. We can get the loan and buy houses anywhere in Washington state. My friends bought houses in Seattle and get mortgage here with Summit Funding ! The team of Summit Funding work very professional, fast and really helpful. I closed my house in 30days and even sooner if I wanted to. My friend and some members of my family has been gotten help from Summit Funding. They all told me they would give Summit 10 stars if there is 10 stars.

  I can't say enough good about summit funding and Mark Manthei, Mark is amazing. He will work for you, He will fight for you, and he genuinely has your best interest at heart. The support staff is wonderful. They never put me off, my calls were always returned promptly, and they all had great attitudes.   Our other funding fell through at the last minute. Our realtor Jeff Smart said to call Summit Funding NOW! We did. They went out of their way to stay late while we drove in from 2 hours away. We were approved so fast it was unbelievable. Thank you Summit Funding for such a quick process and your great team who always greeted us and made us feel welcome!

  My client whom is a 79 year old woman who is let's say, quite spirited. She applied for her mortgage with Joans Rosenberg at Summit Funding. Jonas took his time with her to ensure that she understood everything and communicated with both myself and my client on a regular basis. he kept everyone in the loop as we progressed through the transaction from initial application through loan docs delivered to escrow. Jonas was awesome to work with each and every step of the way.

  Summit has worked on my several of my associates 1st Mortgages as several of my associates myself included working on investment property refinances as well as commercial property purchases. Look for Team Manthei to work through any issue that may become an obstacle and know your in great hands!

  I wish I could give them a 10 out of a 10 ….Summit Funding and their team was there every step of the way , didn’t matter what obstacles we came across they figured out how to get it done… thank you Mark and your team for all of your hard work, We will definitely be back for our forever home!!!!! Oh yeah don’t forget and many more RENTALS!!!!
