  Samantha is amazing, both times we have had the privilege to work with her she is truly a professional and her kindness and accessibility were so comforting and helpful and she guided us through the buying process and then the refinancing process with knowledge , kindness and assurance that we were able to enjoy a usually stressful process.   Having worked with Sam for over a year, I can truly say that Sam is outstanding at her job! In fact she is the primary reason that we are in our home today. Our offer was accepted simply because Sam was able to close faster than the matching offer made on the house. This was our first home purchase and as new home buyers, my wife and I were quite skeptical (nervous) of the process. However, Sam walked us through the basics of financing multiple times to make sure we had a full understanding. Any questions we had or numbers that we requested crunched were addressed immediately. At one point Sam told us that she would be out of town turkey hunting with her husband. We sent her a few questions through email expecting that we would get a response when she was back. Nope. Sam responded immediately. Not only was Sam unbelievably prompt and communicative, but she was also really fun to work with. She is kind and sweet and truly cared about the well being of my wife and I! There are so many more great things that I could say about Sam, like how she had to deal with our nervousness or our constant change in what we wanted to buy (existing vs new construction/land purchase), or worst, how we backed out of the first house we were set to close on the night before the closing date! Sam was completely supportive and positive through the entire process. I could not have imagined a better person to purchase our first house through than Sam and we will definitely be calling Sam for our next home investment. Thank you Sam!

  Sam was so helpful from day 1. She made sure all of questions were answered and even provided us with personalized videos explaining different options for loans.
