He made sure to break down all the jargon in documents so I fully understood everything I was reading and signing. Any questions I had, he was extremely quick to respond and always very nice and thorough. Easily 5/5 rating and would recommend him and his team to anyone in the market!

Tori Augspurger5Mark and his team were amazing - they were so communicative throughout our first-time home-buying process, and seamlessly adjusted to our needs. For example, I like things written out, rather than spewed to me over the phone and wow was Mark thorough in his emails - everything made sense and if it didn't, I could read it again & then it would make sense, or ask additional questions and get an almost immediate response back! We locked in our rate just as rates were raising in early February and although unlikely to drop back down, Homebridge offered us the ability to unlock and relock at not cost if such happened before closing. We appreciated that. Ultimately, we likely could have gotten slightly lower (~1000$) closing costs going with an online service like Better.com (no origination costs, lender fees, and offered a lower rate with more credits) but there was NO customer service in the online realm. Someone different called back each time with no understanding of where we were at.... with Homebridge, we had a dedicated team working on our loan and making sure everything happened ahead of schedule to be perfectly on time (we could have closed 10 days sooner than the typical 30 but ended up not due to not understanding that we could have signed papers remotely - this was an in-house escrow service miscommunication). 100% happy with our experience using Homebridge; would recommend & use their services again.

Angela Sauceda5My experience with Homebridge was unbelievable smooth. Out of all the other lenders I applied with, they were the most responsive and proactive - always a step ahead without me needing to follow up. When I did email my loan officer Mike Denslow or his assistants they responded within a couple of hours. To be honest, 90% of the communication was with Mike's assistants McKenzie and Suzanne but they were on top of things, and easy to work with. Loved it! I believe this is why we met our closing date at 30 days without any surprises. Mike kept me updated on any changes throughout the processes, checked in with me in case I had any questions about the process, up until the day I received the keys to my house! Their customer service is beyond many of the other lenders I applied with. I later found out that two other coworkers used Homebridge. So everytime someone in the office mentions an interest in buying a house, we tell them about Homebridge :)
