  Do yourselves a favor and go with Summit Funding. No one is more sensitive and cynical that I am. That said, my experience was absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond to make sure that I understood every item, and got me all the best rates possible.

  I am sure this lending team is the best in Sacramento. They made the whole process so easy. Phi Nguyen is very knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy. I highly recommend Summit Funding.

  We had a wonderful experience with Summit Funding and Jamie & Ed. Summit Funding was recommended by our Real Estate agent as the best loan company to deal with. We live in Oregon and were buy a house that was a 6 hour drive away from us in California. At first, we were a little nervous dealing with a loan officer over the phone instead of face to face, but we warmed up very quickly to Jamie. We felt throughout the house purchase transaction that they really had our back. They gave very good advice on the whole purchase process. Every question we asked, they were ready with an answer. All the paperwork signing worked well through email. We would definitely use Summit Funding again. Jamie, you are the best!!

  My husband and I were blessed to have such an awesome team in our corner! Tim and Michele helped our family close on a very difficult, nearly 80 day escrow due to problems with the seller. Their normal, fast close time had to be pushed back due to tenants and repairs the seller was not taking care of. Tim and Michele were not only our financial heroes in this purchase, but they were our shrink to help calm us when things got crazy, comedy relief to help laugh off the smaller hurdles and truly treated us like family going above and beyond a "business transaction". Thank you Tim and Michele for everything, we will always sing your praises to everyone we meet!

  Chris, Nick, Alexis and their entire team were excellent. The young lady at the front desk was also extremely polite and professional. Appropriate levels of communication and acccomodation, were exactly what I needed and received from them. I was a 1st time home buyer who probably gave them more gray hairs than they should have. If you need a loan, rest easy and work with Summit.

  Christy White did an excellent job! She communicated and kept me up to date on what was going on thru out the entire transaction. Unfortunately that is very rare today in our business. Communication is the key to a successful transaction and Christy did a great Job!

  Amazing!!!This Funding team is unbeatable. We are so happy we chose them. Jim Reed is awesome!!! He was there for us since day 1. His team took real good care of us.
