  This review is long overdue. I've worked with Sam on two transactions and found him to be knowledgeable, conscientious and responsive. When I enter into a business arrangement, I want to know that I am working with people that treat all people with respect and are working in their best interest. After a lengthy conversation with Sam, I knew that he was that person. I would not hesitate to use his services again in the future.

  I was working with Samuel (Sam) with my pre-approval and loan. I was a first time home buyer and he had helped me along the way. He provided me additional information and gave me close estimates to what I am paying before and after purchasing a home. He explained thoroughly of each home loan document and provided me expectations for better rates and loan amounts. He worked closely with me and my husband and always try to find a better rates for my home loan. Definitely will use them for future investment and home purchases.
