Treva Recovered1Opened my account 9 months ago. First my weekly paychecks were held for 30 days. Then I started getting overdraft and my account clearly has money. Then a purchase I made was declined because they felt it was suspicious activity. Today I go to pay my bills and my deposit which was just a transfer was not in the account Went in person stood in line for longest line I have ever seen. Golden 1, I am breaking up with you.

Gonja Monsta1This is Literally the slowest Golden 1 branch I’ve ever been to, everytime there is at least a 10 minute wait in line even if it’s not busy. I will go out of my way not to go to this location just to save time

Maniaco Malparido5Tak assisted me in updating information on my account, he was very polite and gave in depth details about any concerns I had. He deserves a raise, his smile and attitude sold me. Nowadays people don't do that anymore. Have been a member for a long time and never had an issue in the past. Everyone else is nice as well, but Tak takes the cake! This has been my go to location since day 1 and really proud of it.

Jake Cavazos1Required in-person wire transfers while my other CU accomodates email/fax with a photocopy ID. GOLDEN 1's lack of flexibility and compassion during this pandemic is most definitely causing unnecessary hardship on high risk members and families with limited daycare options.
